    What supplements work "BEST" for you. (Protein, creatine.)

    Hiyaa,

    Im looking for people's feedback on the best products they have tried and have seen resluts from in 2009. Im looking in2 getting the best stuff so i can get good results.. but not feel sick like a dog all day. Please right down what you have had, and what worked BEST for you.

    i mix oats with my shake which i get from bulk powders; it saves me craving in between meals and is actually quite filling. works great from me when I take it at night so I dont wake up with hunger pains!!

    amino acids
    glut
    creatine
    celery extract is a new fave for blood pressure control

    Not much noticeable difference when using legal supplements.

    Probably ZMA, helps me sleep better.

    Protien, BCAA, Fish oils, Multi-vitamin. are essentials for me.

    Creatine is a good addition.

    Protein from Myprotein, everything else from bbwarehouse.

    X2 bbwarehouse (recomend boditronics and reflex) Currently trying extreme nutrition poducts from ebay.
