:lift: Seriously I find it better to chew all tabs especially at times when people are training really hard or under stress as I feel that they are better absorbed that way as your stomach doesnt have teeth so like food it needs them to be masticated for better absorbtion,imo...but i wouldnt recommend chewing sustained release tabs as they are made differently to regular ones.. | |
