![]() | Advise on good priced protein with good grade of protein I got a supplement nutrisport 90+ protein 5kg for £59.00, 45g 0f protein per 50g serving good? I have look at cheaper proteins at http://www.cheapuksupplements.co.uk/...age=index.html But I am not too sure if the grade of protain is a bit low think about 25g per serving HELP can someone do the maths for me? always looking for a good deal cheers ps helps if it taste good too. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Well Vince if you got 45g of protein per 50g serving size you do the following calculation: 45g / 50g x 100 = 90 45g divided by 50g, multiply by 100, equals 90. That means you have 90% of pure protein per serving. As for the other ones that are 25g, well that depends on the overall serving size. The one I have had lately is Optimum Nutrition protein. Which is 23g of protein per 28.4g scoop. Which is 81% pure protein per scoop. Therefore the one you have found has a higher percentage of protein. Just out of interest Vince where did you get that protein from? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | I've tried the cocolate 90+ and it tasted really good. Whether it is any good or not, I couldn't tell you........I didn't seem to notice any difference in recovery rate or increase/decrease in size while I was using it. |
