Melatonin is the chemical name for it. It's a hormone produced by the pituatory gland to regulate sleep I believe... Someone correct me if I'm wrong!

I'm not sure if you can buy it in the UK, a friend of mine buys it in Jersey for me. However you could probably get it on the internet, or if you know someone in Jersey / Gurnesey .. Or just about any other place, they could ship it to you.

Not wrong at all. I agree, melatonin is possibly the best thing that isn't actually a sedative (which might be effective but aren't good in the long run).

GABA, high dose vitamin C (to lower cortisol) and ZMA can also help if taken half an hour or so before bed.
