| The Lady Of The Manor | Depends on how you are going to have it. Such as: will it be a meal replacement shake? Will you be looking for something to have all throughout the day or just as a between meals one? How tollerant are you to carbs? I would probably say a pure protein to be on the safe side, then you can have yor carbs from food sources. Plus you can mix pure whey with anything like oats, pancakes etc and not have to worry about carb content!

Id go low GI myself when dieting and eat as clean as you can. You should lose bodyfat on that stack. I think you need just enough (gear) to stay out of catabolism when dieting and taking T3. 6 weeks seems kindof long to me on the T3 but I guess it depends on things and you are not abusing it in dose.

| Getting HUGE! | Quote:
for pre that would make sense, for post it would be counterproductive. the post workout drink is the only time its essential to eat high gi. Keep fruit/oats and fiber out of the post workout drink in order to get maximum effect. Those things will actually slow weight loss in the PWD. All other times yeah they are essential (as well as having better macro ratios around isocaloric or so)

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | agree totally with ChefX(it does happen from time to time...) the labrad breakfast shake is a good MRP as it uses whole carbs. remember though the normal carb amount in a MRP is between 12-35g i would be tempted to use the Muscle milk shakes though as the fat content is decent plus the carb count is only 12g. how tolerant to carbs are you though?? i personelly would decide on an amount of carbs then take 50% and divide it between the first 2 meals then the other 50% post workout...
