| Getting HUGE! | yes.. if you eat any meat at all you are already taking creatine 24/7/365 and if you don't eat meat your body produces it (think muscle fuels ATP/Creatine Phosphate/Glycogen/Oxidative Liposis ect ect ect it doesn't effect the kidneys unless you abuse it I advocate taking it in small amounts only on heavy weight training days (unless you skip real meals and use the MRP's then you need extra stuff like creatine/cla/extra vitamins, additional fiber ect ect) |
