every time i take this stuff i get the sh*ts anyone else have this problem im thinking maybe its the magnesium as its also quit high in my mrb,s its not the vit c cos with the 500mg in my zma means im only taking 2g of vit c a day witch i take anyway any ideas ???

you should wash your hands after visiting the toliet matey..E coli is not very nice.

shovel, its the magnesium, its working as a laxative on you, that happens to some people
