eca + creatine

just started my eca thing is im starting pct soon & was going to start my creatine next week ive herd you shouldnt take creatine & caffine cos they cancel oneanother my eca is pretty high in caffene & ive got 2 weeks before im back on clen

I have read this before.
I am not sure.
If in doubt, just seperate them (caffene and creatine).

I posted on this and showed you the studies, its a load of crap, caffeine has no effect on creatine usage. Its a slow dying myth put out by the supplement transport companies.

Yeah - I'm with ChefX. I did a lot of research on Creatine before I started taking it - contraindications, long term usage risk, all that stuff. I only found one reference to caffeine interfering with creatine, and that was buried deep in a clinical test paper on experiments on mice (did you know creatine was first discovered and isolated in cats?). It was stated that this evidence was inconclusive.

If only they had asked the mice.
