![]() ![]() | I'll be touring around Ireland for two weeks soon, and am concerned about getting enough protein while on the way (I'll be motoring), let alone not being able to get to a gym for probably the whole time. What can I do to get enough daily protein into my body while away, other than eating a whole chicken a day or something. At the moment, I take a 500 ml protein shake in the morning, a protein bar in mid-afternoon, and then a 500 ml carbo-prot shake after gym in the last afternoon, plus good protein-rich food. I'd appreciate any ideas. Thanks. Injasuti |

![]() ![]() | Hmmm, I guess that is sound advice. I come off an 8-week D'bol cycle on Sunday, and go onto PCT immediately - Clomid, Nolva and Clenbuterol - which I will have to take with me, but we're motoring over, so it's no big deal. I have, however, managed to get hold of some tablets of whey (to suck on) which may help. The problem is that I feel so good about myself now, with this cycle being such a success for me, that I just don't want to lose any of it. Oh, I know a lot of it is water, and that will all fall away, but I want to keep the muscles supplied with protein as much as I can. I'll keep an eye on what I eat - I do eat a lot of joghurt ED anyway - and make sure the protein content of my meals is high. No chance of working out, though, as we'll be in some fairly wild areas away from towns - oh well, there are always press-ups, dips, tossing the leprachaun (spelling???), etc. Thanks again.
