Hi everyone

I've placed an order worth 140 quid on www.itrance.co.uk The seemed to have pretty good prices and deals.

Well so far, nothing has arrived in my mailbox. I have tried contacting them by email several times, to which no one replied. I have called both of the numbers they have listed there, at different timings, and no one has picked up the phone.

Does anyone have any experience with them? I know that my credit card has been charged with the amount I ordered, but I haven't heard anything from them.

mate bunch of ****ers mate if u ask me took 5 months to send me protien after many many complaints...never ever again :(:(

So who did you complain to? Any specific email/telephone? Did you use any threatening?

Get onto your credit card company first and have them cancel the transaction. I think they give you protection for this kind of thing.

Yeah I have heard many bad things about Itrance.

about them and several others came before and after discussing the experience many customers have had.

You can get the money charged back to your card. Will cost itrance around £15 and you nothing. So long as there's no proof of delivery being sent and/or received you can do this, especially given the circumstances of them not replying. They generally get a few days from the card processor to issue a response in defence - if they reply that is!

Thanks to everyone for their help on this issue.

I have contacted my bank (Barclays) and they are sending me a Dispute form, and they said they will immidiatedly investigate the matter.

I'll keep everyone informed on the situation.
