| Getting HUGE! | There has been testing on it, lots... using tea, coffee and about everything under the sun. Warm liquids actually help to disolve the creatine making it more effective and lowers the stomach upset (from water pulling) so in many cases (not all) hot tea and coffee with some honey in it was the best way to deliver creatine. The MYTH of caffeine and hot stuf like tea and coffeee was started by a couple of supplement companies selling their scam delivery systems. (think of the first one... phospha... get it?) |

| Getting HUGE! | no bigdav, breakdown takes time, you store dry powdered creatine in a cool dry place, but when you mix it you put it into a warm wet body.. follow? People overeact to breakdowns, creatine can be stored for an entire day in liquid (like a thermos) with no ill effect, but going for more than say 2 days that way and your pressing your luck. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | chef - do you have any links to articles on this? its something I'm quite interested in. I've always been told (by supp companies we buy from, training courses I've attended etc..) that caffeine shouldnt be taken with creatine so am interested to see it proved wrong. If it is I'll be happy as I like to take creatine and coffee before training but have always only taken one or the other. |

| Getting HUGE! | silentbob try it for yourself... studies matter little if it works for you. Do two weeks of one way (with caffeine), take a week off then try it again two weeks the other (without)... since in this case all your trying to see is if the caffeine has any effect make that the only change you make. |

| Getting HUGE! | Here is the study that caused the concern, take a very close look at how it was layed out and the improper data gathered and it proves the opposite of the debate Graham, T.E., Hibbert, E., & Sathasivam, P. (1998). Metabolic and exercise endurance effects of coffee and caffeine ingestion. Journal of Applied Physiology, 85, 883-889 but here is one you want as well Vanakoski et al, Int J Clin Pharmacol Ther. 36(5):258-62; 1998 cheers |
