![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | creatine and l-glutamine just bought some creatine and l- glutamine from whey consortium i will be taking 2 teaspoons of creatine a day 1 in the morning and 1 in after my work out. i ve never took L-glutamine before, how much and when should i take it? |

Or first thing in the morning would be ok too (resting fast) and maybe after your workout. Or if you are skipping meals you can add this here. |
