creatine and l-glutamine

just bought some creatine and l- glutamine from whey consortium i will be taking 2 teaspoons of creatine a day 1 in the morning and 1 in after my work out. i ve never took L-glutamine before, how much and when should i take it?

Well, it is supposedly good for anti-catabolism so if you are dieting then take it then. Or first thing in the morning would be ok too (resting fast)
and maybe after your workout.
Or if you are skipping meals you can add this here.

I'd build up the dosages, aparnetly u can take up to 40 gramms per day but take that straight off and your body does not like it, believe me

I have about 40g spread out thru the day , 10g 1st thing in the morn then pre & post workout & 10g b4 bed!!

Well I generally take 1 teaspoon full in the morning, then another teaspoon full before I go to bed.

If your getting on ok with 1 teaspoon a day then leave it as that.
