 | multi vitamins Alright! I've been taking Solgar Multi vitamins now for 2 months and havent noticed any difference at all! Maybe its because im eating the right foods or there is a difference but i just dont notice it! :confused: Anyways what does everyone else benefit from multi vitamins? |

   | In reality you should not notice a difference from a multi vitamin. It's insurance, not a drug for symptomatic effect. IMO

 | multivitamins is one of those necessary things which you aren't going to "feel" do anything in a big way unlike creatine etc.

| You wont feel or see a multi vitamin working, it just simply boosts you immune system as its getting all the correct amounts of vitamins and minerals.
