| Vitamin B12 aye, but dosnt really work in tablet for you need to get the injectable version and inject 2ml once a week. Worked for me, I ate like a horse! (Might have been because the B12 injections was from a vet store, meant for a horse!!!! nether-the-less, it worked  )
