| Gym Addict | Eating whey = Hard Work Guys, Just got my whey, and mixed it with my normal shakes, cottage cheese, natural bio yog, bananas, honey and milk. Have to say the whey made my usually nice shakes taste disgusting! We havn't got any decent scales so I kinda guessed the amount. How many spoonfuls would you say 30g was? I put 4-5 heaped spoonfulls in and it tasted mank! Had to down it, then the after taste nearly made me puke. So I either put too much in or its just disgusting. Not Nice :( |

| Gym Addict | its not so much the taste... I down a pint or so and then the after taste and kinda left over smell kills me. Did it with two normal spoonfulls and was ok ![]() So I'm guna do that and maybe increase the amount I put in as I get used to it. Waiting for these muscles to pop out now lads.. Whatch this space :lift: |
