Question How much milk thistle?
I have just started my cycle. and along with it milk thistle, and i was wondering how much of it am i suppose to take. The one i got comes in 175mg caps and they recomend twice or 3 times a day? is that too much? (if i were rich, i wouldn't ask)

i dont take it as it kills my apetite and when i burb all i can taste all day long is fuking milk thistle tabs....

I use the liquid from H & B's. " pippets worth sposed to be 1000mg so shud be ok. Tastes fine and no after taste.

i have been told that you shouldnt take milk thistle for longer than 1 month as your liver begins to rely on its support and your liver function actually drops.

does anyone know if this is true?
