Toilet habits......

Ok, not really sure where to post this (it would decend into chaos in the general forum) and it kind of leads on from the HCL tablets thread so.....feel free to move it....here goes...

Does anyone know much about what the state of your faeces means about your diet and general health. I've plenty of lurid descriptions about what the perfect bowl movement should look like, but not much on what different imperfect ones indicate.

From what I`ve read they are supposed to be of light brown colour non smelling and should float slightly then sink as the fibre in the stool absorbs more water and come out of your butt with minimum effort......
