Question ALA
I used to get my ALA from All-in-1, but have just tried to re-order it and found that they no longer stock it.

Anyone else know where to get it at a reasonable price?

If I'm on cycle I take 3000mg ALA and 1000mg off. If I use ALAr I reduce it to 1000mg.
