Trib with Milk?

Is it ok to take trib with milk based products.

Maybe I'm just a little bit paranoid because I know calcium blocks the absorption of things like zinc, and 17aa gear.

The box says to take it after meals, which in my case coincides with my morning my porridge, hence the question.

How do they get away with it though? CNP must be the biggest and maybe most respected British brand, and it's not cheap stuff. You'd think it'd at least have the correct ingredients in it! Maybe someone should have a word with Dorian and give him a slap!

CNP products are fine. Just because 1 person guesses they are not doesn't make it so.

For trib I would go for the bulgarian stuff. i.e. Reflex, SAN, Biotest and maybe USN (cant remember if theirs is or not)

I pulled my original posts because I realized I was not explaining the situation clearly, and this was turning into a kindergarden post from it.

Note: #2
OK pulled my second set of posts as well after I was contacted directly by someone on here crying.

Time for me to stop posting it seems. LOL oh well.

But we might be (very probably are) missing something useful! Can you individually PM or e-mail everyone else who hasn't complained so we don't miss out pleas! lol

Aye i wouldnt want to miss out on advice just because one person doesnt like it. You seem to get this happening to you a fair bit dont you Chef? You post something and people winge about it :gunont see a problem myself, and doesnt seem very respectful to another persons opinion either.

Why? If you think your comments are valid, then you should leave them on here to be discussed (unless they are liable...)

As I'm in a really foul mood right now, rather than rip people a new asshole I'll just keep it in check here.

I'm a bit sick today from my med so I know I'll not post nicely on this.

Oh by the way Langers was the comment about Guessing directed at me?
