has anyone used this supplement?

results, experiences?

It is one of the 'peaking' supplements in Chef's Alchemy so yes I have been using it in two week cycles (now 4 days on 3 off) for about 5 weeks, I have found them really powerful so far.

As I am using it with other things I couldn't say for sure what its effectiveness alone is but I think you have to be careful which brand you buy as like with all supplements some are bogus.

If it's in Alchemy it has Chef's seal of approval so I would say yes it works.

Bump for Chef on this.

product x dermasize, effectively a transdermal ecdysterone didn't have a marked effect on me.

ecdy alone is worthless, it needs two other supps to work at all, it also works better with a diet medium to high in fat and medium to low in carbs, on top of that only one company makes a legit ecdy at all. its - Thermolife Ecdysten

their tribulus (tribosten) is the best as well and one of only two legit brands

I have heard nothing but bad things about ECDY.

Langers, that mostly because the stuff people used was not legit (only one brand is), they never combined it with what it needs to work, (see the other peaking supps) they used it for the wrong amounts of time (either 4 days on 3 days off or 2 weeks on 2 weeks off max) and the diet (lower carbs, higher fat)/training (more nerve based aka synaptic facilitation)system they used it with were worthless as well.

out of interest is Thermolife a good supplements brand in general? or just that one product where they have actually made it good/worthy for consumer purchase?

i think they only make 2 products cap. the ecdysten and tribosten. But might be wrong.

I'm sure they are tops if you use them. I know the guy who manufactures this stuff and when we were consideing making our own brand of supps I was going to use this guy. he is the biggest raw supplier to all the major brands. (Yes knowing the supplier is vital to knowing if stuff is legit)

His other stuff will be legit, but like I said, the formulas so far are not to my taste, I'm sure they work if used right.
