CEE duration

Anyone know how long I can safely take CEE for at 2g a day? Or is it too recent a product for anybody to know?

whyyy whyyyy! it's no use! creatine doesn't have receptors.. it'll just drop the level in your body temporarily.. i remember a study about how it takes a full month for creatine levels to drop to pre supplementation levels.

^^^ what he said.

There's creatine in beef and fish for goodness sake! If you want time off creatine (not sure why you would), you'll have to stop taking in ALL food products that have any creatine, which is near impossible!

no need to ever cycle creatine unless you like the bloat and then your wasting it by taking too much

take it in very small amounts and only on your workout days, then eat enough good meats to keep your levels ideal

Ok, just wasn't sure cos its the ethyl ester I was on about and not mono. Didn't know if it's as safe as mono which is why I asked cos I aint got a clue what or who ethyl ester is! Sorry if I've ellicited groans about my ignorance from you guys but I've not been training long.

didn't mean to come off moaning and groaning mate ethyl ester is just a different way of delivering creatine to the muscle.
