![]() | i recently discovered recently i have begun to take a can of tuna and mix in a little vinegar into a bowl and add salad cream this for me has meant big gain a can of tuna is 30grams of protein and little fat a cheap can is about 33p and tastes fine and add what i sed into a bowl mix and eat it is an easy snack along with one or 2 protein shakes per day can boost ur intake and like i say has resulted in gains and the protein in my diet going up about 30grams per day just thought i would let u guys know as i have always thought to eat big and get big u can pay big but this is a cheap high in protein food thanks guys if anyone knows any other cheap high in protein foods let me know,

![]() | Re: i recently discovered Yeah, good one Robin, I do the same thing minus the salad cream. Buy a big multi pack out of Asda for a couple of quid, bring a tin to work with me every day, also a couple of boiled eggs are good protein too, I go through about 20 eggs a week.
