Antioxidants

If training increases the amount of free radicals, does anyone know what is supposed to be the best antioxidant. Vit C, Vit E, ALA, Green Tea or all of them?

Vit C and E are the most powerful anti oxidants. Green tea, ALA, glucosamine and L-carnatine are also good

Cheers Chef. Have to supplement as I'm a travelling salesman and getting quality food inside me all day everyday is not easy, especially fruit. Will use some ALA.

Well stu, those are good but there is much better.
The one im thinking of is 50 times more anti-oxidant than Vitamin C and 30 times more anti-oxidant than Vitamin E.

It is a powerful combination of plant-derived bioflavonoids, known as oligomeric proanthocyanidins, or OPC's.

Killer stuff, I liked this product alot. Although I have tried these from diffrent sources I found that the one by Market America the best.
They are very expensive but worth the money.

More information here:
Made from a unique combination of grape seed, pine bark and red wine extracts (in addition to bilberry and citrus extracts), these OPC's are super-effective free radical neutralizers. Not limited to just being strong antioxidants, OPCs are also crucial in their role in supporting the circulatory system and strengthening the capillaries.

I liked this stuff alot and is good for plaque in the arteries too among many other things.
