![]() | creatine update! just a quick update on the creatine i got from lorian at protein factory. 2 weeks gone so far. loaded up for the first five days and then 10mg (5 morning - 5mg in my protein shake post workout ) on training days and 5mg on off days. so far ive notice an extra bit of strength on bench press and curls. was benching in and around 90-95kg mark and just yesterday got to 105kg. ( which aint bad for a 12 1/2 stone weekling ) so nice improvement there! curls gone up by about 10kg total. recoveries also pretty good and i don't feel the need to rest as long between sets! my weights also gone up by 5 or 6lbs which is never a bad thing but ive yet to check my body fat. all in all i would diff recommend the creatine mono. if ive noticed this small change in just two weeks im diff looking forward to the next few weeks! geo |

| Administrator | Hi there mate - nice going! One thing you may like to try is in say, 2 months time stop taking the Creatine for a 2 week period then re-load with it again. I've heard that some people get a further boost to their gains by re-loading every couple of months. If you wanted to try it I'd be interested in your results Keep us posted! L

![]() | I've always found my best results after giving creatine a good rest for a couple of months after taking it for maybe 2 months. I know some people stay on it almost constantly but as your body produces it naturally, it seems logical that this would suppress your own creatine production?.

If you don't want this then the tri matrix creatines seem to be good, ie San v12 and Reflex Tri Matrix, both expensive though.
