I've tried it a couple of times and noticed no difference whatsoever. Some people seem to like it though. Apparently the majority of it is destroyed by the liver before your body can even put it to use anyway. |

| The Lady Of The Manor | Personally I quite favour Glutamine. I find it helps me recover quicker and I am not so sore and achey after a hard workout! No one will ever SEE the benefits of Glutamine, its more of an inside your body gain! But hey everyone has different views. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I noticed a difference with it, Less pains ofter working out, faster recovery i am sure, but i am not using it at the moment, as soon as money is low it bites the dust with me! If you have spare money and train like a fecker then it can only do you good! |

I LOVE Glutamine. I take it with EVERY meal. Just eat a big old scoop straight outta the tub and wash it down with water. | |
