supps

just wondered what vits and supps r a good idea when training,im currently taking liver tablets brewers yeast with b12 multi vits and tribulus.am i missing anything essential for building mass?any advice welcome cheers

Strong multivitamin
Extra vit-c
Fish oils
Creatine
Whey/Dextrose (PWO only)

Everything else is good ole' food

imo dextrose (as is the whole high GI idea behind Post) is wrong. i have research on it if anyones interested..bump to everthing else big suggested.
