 | Psyllium - extremely expensive in UK? It should be as cheap as cardboard seeing what it is. It's cheap in the US but once again, not here. Maybe there's a cheaper source. I might import but might not be worth it. Perhaps get a load and ebay some.... |

   | psyllium is extremely allergic I suggest apple pectin instead, far far far better for your health
