..or anyone else who uses Angel Delight (etc) to mix in with their Whey to make it.. well, not taste like manure. How much do you usually mix in with your workout drink? I mean surely not the whole packet? I got the sugar-free stuff btw, nice work on that one.

You add in from none to a couple tablespoons.
Use it to thicken the shake to the desired consistency and flavor you like.
If you ever wondered why some shakes from some companies gel or thicken better than others, well here is the answer.

sure is, i would say what chefx said, maybe 2 tablespoons should be enough

Oh man just tried it, i love angel delight. I think the hardest part will be not putting the whole damn packet in!
