| Hulking Out! | protein 10g carbohydrates 75g that is NOT a good ratio! perhaps fat gain is a more apt name. weightgainers have their place for ectomorphs but in my opinion this is not one of the betters one. serious mass is pretty good. real food > anything else every time baby! |

| uk-muscles little muscle | when i first tryed it i was drinking lots of it and the only weight i gained was on my waist line, i think the only reason i drink it is coz the amount you get for the price and not forgoton the taste lol think ill try that serious mass, Better off eating the catalogue!! Rotflmao. my friend who trained naturally, it took him 2 years to get big on this stuff not supprising his real food meals problie made them gains for him lol |
