can someone please tell me how many mg of caffein in a pro plus - i have some for a eca stack but have lost the box

Each tablet contains 50mg Caffeiene.

you will be better off getting the caffiene from Pro-Lab it has 200mg per tab so on a low ECA stack using 20-25mg Eph you only need 1 tab...
