![]() | Any point in me taking glutamine capsules whilst I'm taking a weight gain. There seems a fair amount in the drink already. Will I be overdoing it to the point where it's of no further benefit? |

![]() | Appreciate your advice lads. Tried it first thing a.m last 2 days but gave me gut ache. Will stick to PWO and last thing when tum aint too empty but still far enough away from similar protein as I've been told. |
