![]() ![]() | DESIGNER WHEY Just wondered if any of you use Americas#1protein DESIGNER WHEY. I have allways used this probally as the choclate version tastes good and easy to digest when blendid with oats for breakfast shake. Is it a good protein shake, you get around 35g protein per serving, I know their is many on the market but just wanted to make sure my money is going to a good ptotein supp. |

| Getting HUGE! | I personally prefer Designer Whey over all others (Its the best protein blend IMHO) To bring the texture and flavor out I use unsweetend dutch dark cocoa combined with sugar free pudding mix (thickener) Awesome results. During teh summer put this into an ice cream maker to make soft serve ice cream. Yummy. (hint dropping here for my furture "diatia for travelers" LOL) If I was going to make an MRP (The non workout stuff) I'd make it with 2% milk, oats, honey, natural peanut butter and (unflavored) mct's. I'd shoot for a 40% protein, 35% fat 25% carbs. |
