![]() ![]() | How to use Whey to the fullest effect Right, can someone clear some rumours, myths and misinformation up for me once and for all. This might help any newbs who want information on Whey Protein as well. I've got 1kg of Whey which I'm going to be using at the end of my current cycle in an attempt to keep gains. What is the BEST way in which to utilise Whey powder; is it, as I currently believe, to use it only on training days as part of your workout drink? Or am I totally wrong?
