![]() | taking creatine i was wndering from anyone who takes creatine, what brand would they recommend? does brand matter? and what kind of results people have seen? and how fast? increased strength willl force increased size is what i am hoping? thanks lot peeps

| Administrator | IMO, Creatine is Creatine is Creatine .. doesn't really matter as long as its white and powdered (NOT liquid!) The only thing I'd say is to get micronized Creatine - it's ground up to a fine powder and therefore dissolves easier. L

Plain Creatine is cheap and effective. After your loading stage (1 weeks) you should slowly start to see results, both in weight and strength Good luck bro
