![]() | and can i? i have got some desiccated liver tablets that i take with meals, can i add 5mg of creatine a day to my diet and expect more gains, or should i stick to only one of these at once? i hope that the liver tablets will increase stamina and protein intake and the creatine to improve strength! thanks alot everyone. people are really helpful on here!

I would not buy them but if they are there take them between meals and after a workout. Buy the cheapest creatine you can find as they are all the same and take it with apple or grape juice and dont take with grapefruit or orange juice. Dont forget to up the water.
