A simple analogy that I like it that if you imagine your muscle as being an engine, Creatine is basically the fuel. Supplementing with Creatine will also increase endurance & strength, essentially it can make the different between being able to do say 8 reps of a given exercise or 10 reps. It also makes muscle tissue appear fuller by transporting water into the cells.

Essentially then, if you started supplementing with it you can expect to add a few lb of weight and to be slightly stronger.

The best offer we do is 1 Kilo tub (+100g free) for £29.99 which will last for about 6 months

The UK Muscle members page means you get this even cheaper, I'll send you a PM with the URL.

You can mix it with whatever you like, into a protein shake is fine. If you opt to 'load' it then something like apple or grape juice is really good as they produce a spike of insulin which drives the Creatine into the muscle tissue.

5 Grams of each should be about right.

I'd go with Creatine first - otherwise if you add them both at the same time you wont know which is having the effect. I'd always add new supplements into your regime one at a time for this reason.

Creatine : 5mg taken 4 times per day (total 20g) for 5 days for loading. Thereafter take 5mg per day for maintenance. Some people like to take 10mg on training days during maintenance, if your over 200lb then it may be worth considering, otherwise I'd stick with 5mg.

Personally I feel that Glutamine is over rated, I don't doubt its importance in the body, I just dont think the 'guy on the street' will see signigficant results that can justify the cost involved, but of course, thats just my opinion. Feel free to try it and post your results
