![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | best value Creatine. I have tried Cell-Tech and it was good. I got stronger and was not even using it properly. I was trying to lose weight and I was only having it on days I trained:o . But it is too expensive. But I am getting a little frustrated at slow progress and want to try creatine again for a few months. what creatine product do you use? Is it any good? What is the best value for money? (as I am skint) |

thanks Big Hmmm, we use creatine in many of our studies at the university and tbh we just get the cheapest. I am sure if there was contamination the lecturers would have said so. I will have to look into this... you got a reference for that study? SD

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Like big said I have read that a lot of Creatines are only about 90% Creatine and the other 10% is made up from sodium and other stuff:( . Can't remember where I read it though I read that many web pages. What does anyone think of Chemical Nurition Pro Creatine? I read today that creatine may cause hairloss. Any theories on this? I am already losing my hair. I don't want anything that could possibly make it worse. |

I am sure they are required to label contamination such as sodium on the label as 10% sodium would be harmful to health if you were to front load 25g per day (another industry hype) that would be 2.5g pure Sodium! nearly maximum RDA. Sodium as a food additive MUST be listed on the label so if the lable says pure creatine mono, then that is most likely exactly what it is, regardless of the price. SD
