Creatine Queries

Hi.
I've always got the idea that creatine has some crazy adverse life threatening effects, but seeing on here a lot of people use it this cannot be the case.
I never heard many stories just got a bad impression of it.
One guy said it increases the size of your heart or something which can put it under extra stain and is dangerous.
Can you guys just fill me in on any side effects (if any).
Would be great cheers.

There are many myths surrounding Creatine. It is in fact the most widely researched and safest supplement on the planet.

Sen0 will become famous soon enough
Winger has previously posted about creatine, within this article you should have enough information about creatine and its effects on the human body you can see this article from this link here http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/showthrea...light=creatine . Creatine can be found in meats and such like, i have used creatine before and had no side effects from it i believe that most people outside bodybuilding etc probally think its some type of steroid and therefore think its going to harm you, usually people that dont have a clue about anything and will believe anything they are told :/ . If that was the case am sure we would not eat foods with creatine in it such as meat etc.. Just my two cents worth
