![]() | little help with whey protein Right this is my first time using this stuff! I got some Reflex Instant Whey and was wondering when is the best time to take the two servings? Can you mix it with cooked foods like adding it to pancakes, porage oats etc.? Cheers |

Post-workout I take 3 scoops of whey (90g total) and 75g of dextrose/maltodextrin. I'm 220lbs. I find this works quite well for me. | |

| UK-M's Mascot | imo the best time to take it is during times when you have been without protein for a long time or when your body needs it most. That is, as well as after exercise, you should take it after a long sleep and before long periods of no food such as just before bed. I'd not take any with a main meal if there is enough protein sources in the meal. |
