What do you guys think of "1-AD" any good?

I can honestly say NO!!I asked loads of people ,if it was any good.They all said NO!I still wanted to try it myself,I was very dissapointed, loss of libido, energy etc. not much gains at all.

i would skip it all together mate too many bad stories all the sides of steroids with no benefits of em..cancel it bro

Dont get me started on pro-hormones, I will go off for hours.

I just took a magazine into work about all the trans-dermal, Maxteron, Dermagain, equabolin, dynadrol.
You should see the artilces and what they call a pro-stack. It was $650.00 for this trash.
Over priced and you can do a killer cycle for less than half of that price and that was only a 4 week cycle............................................. ...Guaranteed to gain 20 lbs.

I was laughing big time as all the male models were on gear and some had no hair

Another problem with pro-hormones are than 90% are orals and a couple are trans-dermal. All that has to go through the digestive system hammering the compound so you only get few benefits.
They dont even talk about anti-estrogens and this stuff can give you gyno.
Marketed for young kids you can tell.

Steroids offer many more means of delivery and many more choices in gear compared to pro-hormones. Plus all the anti-estrogens and PCT stuff.

There you have it mate, Pro-hormones don't cut much ice amongst the AS community.

If you are serious about them and still want to try it make sure you do your homework first.
