![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Tri Creatine Malate am I using it right? Hi all, My girlfriend is 56.5kg, 26.5% BF (for a female that is low, don't forget the boobies ;) ) and is on Chef x's Diatia diet, level 3 and in that diet it recommends 5g creatine in post workout shake. I wanted her to have a good product so I bought 'Cubed' Tri-Creatine Malate by San which recommends 3 spoonfuls (15g) a day. At the moment she is doing exactly the same routine as me, as recommended by Biker and others, just with less weight. She wants to put on some quality muscle and hopes to look like one of Wingers fitness models one day Question is, Diatia recommends 5g pwo, as she is doing 5 part split with me thats 5 times per week, is this enough? I know she doesn't have to load with this but should she be taking it on non-workout days aswell and how much please? Thanks all, I know your gonna have some good ideas for me SD

| UK-Muscle Moderator | i'd say 5g PWO, obviously with a dextrose/fructose as u know...then 5g on her days off in the morning i think u need it on ur days off imo.dont forget about the creatine in red meat also doc...dont know what the books has in there of red meat but up it abit if u want her to have more creatine...and remember she ways alot less than us so 5g's is a fair bit for her..anymore than 15g for me and my kidneys start to ache :boohoo:

Does it apply to Tricreatine? As cubed is 'salty' my GF wants to mix it with her Viper extreme during the workout, this contains 100mg caffiene. Thanks SD

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I liked this part: Creatine alone can increase muscle mass, muscle strength, and potentially athletic performance. The inclusion of carbs and protein with your creatine however might even lead to greater benefit. And This, (liquid creatine): But although theoretically this does make sense, creatine tends to be unstable in liquid if suspended for too long. This is because the creatine can react with the water molecules to degrade into creatinine, a useless metabolite that is simply excreted from the body. Thanks SportsDr.
