Just got a tub of them from TMOF, how long before training should I take them for the best effect?

Haven't used this brand before but most ECA stacks are taken.

2 pills first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
1 pill before each solid meal
1 pill before excercise

Old Man, Whereabouts did you find them on the TMOF site?.
Is it these things?. "Thermogenesis by Herbal Kinetics"

Des, yep, although it contains Mu Haug instead of Ephedrine as such, Iv read somewhere that this Mu Haug (not sure if thats how its spelled) is converts to ephedrine, theres also 150mg of caffiene per cap and a natrualy accuring Asprin.
I havent got the tub on me at the moment so cant give full details.
Been on them a week now, 2 caps a day, at first it felt like I was on a small dose of speed, but now I dont notice it so much, might up the doseage as Raven suggests

Thanks OMG, I've had a look on the net and apparently there are 40 types of plant that contain ephedrine, Ma Huang being known as chinese ephedrine.
