San V12 Update

Hi Lads,

I promised an update as I progressed with San V12 so here we go.

It claims to be the best creatine on the market, that you don't need to load up, also claims not to bag you up with water, so I thought give it a blast and see.

The doasge is take it twice on training days, once on off days.
I train Monday, Tuesday
rest Wednesday,
train Thursday, Friday

So, last week was week one
Took it twice on Monday, did I feel it?. No.
Took it twice on Tuesday, did I feel it?. No.
One dose on Wednesday, rest Day
Took it twice on Thursday, didn't feel it.
Took it twice on Friday, had a good workout, was possibly able to do a bit more than normal.
Saturday didn't take it, rest day
Sunday, one dose rest day.

Monday week two (today), one dose so far, trained at lunch time. Had a really good session. Did my heaviest weight so far on incline chest press, still hitting heavy weights in my last excercise out of six.

So far then.

Claim 1- Don't need to load up - Yes you do, in my case for a full week.

Claim 2- Better than normal Creatine - I got good results today, we'll see as the week progresses.

Claim 3- Doesn't bloat you up- True, no water retention.
One of the girls who work in the gym commented that I look slimmer but pumped, so that's good.

Also it tastes great, very fruity, no grit, you could actually just drink it for fun it's so tasty.

See part 2 next week.

V12

I was looking at that very same thing. What about their
Cubed 250g Hydrosoluble Creatine Salt?
On second thought, I just bought the same stuff V12 and will leave a post on my gains or no gains. Lets see what happens...:vamp:
This should be interesting.......

Hi Folks,

Here's my update then, week 2.

Took it twice on Monday, Great workout, heavier weights on press.
Took it twice on Tuesday, No difference to normal for legs day.
One dose on Wednesday, rest Day
Took it twice on Thursday, Arms, managed to increase on one bicep ex.
Took it twice on Friday, Was able to go for longer than normal.
Saturday didn't take it, rest day
Sunday, one dose rest day.

Week 3, today is the final day of week 3.

Took it twice on Monday, Chest, Didn't feel as strong but able to do extra ex.
Took it twice on Tuesday, did I feel it?. Not really.
One dose on Wednesday, rest Day
Took it twice on Thursday, didn't feel much, endurance slightly better.

So overall, I would have to say the stuff does have some effect, but it's not the wonder supplement it's meant to be. (No surprise there you say!).

I am on day 3 myself. What I can say is that stuff taste's like orange flavored Tang. Even in 20 oz. of water it has a really nice flavor. I do notice that the muscle feels a little more full. Prior to the V12 I was loading creatine for 8 days @ 20 grams a day so I cant say for sure which one is doing the fullness, heck maybe both. I did take the CLA though and I do like that product, It makes my skin the softest and my joints dont hurt as bad. Oh well I will keep you posted as Tuesday is my heavy bench day and will let you know.

I was up today in my bench and inclines. There might be something to this stuff. This is 1 rep less then the best that I ever have done and that was on a cycle, 7 weeks ago. Off cycle I would recommend this product. The taste is the best. I will keep you informed on the second week.

Intresting read, ive only used brands that dont claim everything, eg. www.tmof.co.uk seems a good place for plain old creatine.

Cant say for sure but next week, I WILL GIVE YOU THE REAL DEAL (max in bench)! I am not a big hydrating guy (water), even though I know that I need to do so, but if I get my best lift, I know that it is either V12 or placebo (desire). I will take it and keep you guys informed. Too bad it was not a little cheaper. But again the taste is awesome, like a nice tasting drink with dinner. All in all I was really up in my lifts today and this made me feel good regardless.

Later!

I'm into week four of taking V12 now,
Trained Friday, rounded off with everything I hadn't done so far that week. ie Delts, side and front raises, calf raises, adductors, abductors, crunches. Nothing heavy really, but I noticed my recovery time between excercises keeps shortening on this stuff.

Monday, yesterday was my heavy bench day after 2 days off, did flat, incline, decline and shoulder press.
Session was excellent, hit my top weights for all my exercises bar 1 and felt good at the end.

As Hackskii says, there is something to this stuff, when you are really "up for it", it definitely helps you out in endurance, recovery time and strength.

No water retention at all, my weight is up by maybe 3 lbs so far.
Feel a bit more pumped when training.

Well today is the update. I did my best bench ever with 225 @ 15 reps and I was going to do another but decided to go up to 275. The best ever was 8 weeks ago on the gear at 225 for 15. Now today, I felt that I could have done 16 reps as 15 felt easy on the last one. I think the v12 works. For what ever reason maybe other than just wanting to do it. But today none the less was the best lift and it was the easiest. So there you have it. Lets just see what happens next week. So 8 weeks post cycle would not be the time to do a max but I just did my best lift ever.

Okey Dokey, Just finished my tub today, it lasted exactly 5 weeks.
Hit my best ever in terms of continuously heavy weights for my Bis and Tris yesterday.
I also notice I've put on 6 pounds. Not bad results on this stuff so it's worth serious consideration, now Reflex Tri Matrix next?.
