I've never tried any of his products, but all the description I read sound v.good. Can anyone on here reccomend them?

Taste EXTREMELY nice. They seem to be of excellent quality - one of the best.

However, they're VERY expensive.

I've probably tried just about every brand of protein powder at least once, and Yates' is one of the nicest, and mixes in water.

But if you're cheap like I is, go for a generic (like myprotein.co.uk) and add your own natural flavouring and sweetner.

Screw paying £29.95 for a tub less than 1kg!! Generic gets you several times that.

Pro Mr is probs one of the best protein suppliments around in my eyes. But as said earlier they are way to expensive. I think its around 30 quid for 10 sachets (could be wrong) and if your having 2 or 3 a day it dont last long enough. Also i think the chocolate tatses like artex but i dont like choco milkshake anyhow

I use their multivit - Pro Vital and their post-workout shake - Pro-Recover. Both excellent IMO.

probably bullsh1te but some people say that the powders that dont mix well are better quality. I dont see the logic behind that myself but still believe in it lol.

i use Pro-Peptide when i diet upto 3 shakes a day i am addicted to the choc malt favour..they have just "Improved" the flavour thankfully it is not too bad..

i also use the Pro-Recover but the flavour is not that great..i tend to go for the better tasting proteins rather than the cheapest if you are taking it 2-3 times a day you want it to taste nice...

Back to whey powder though, i use Whey Consortium which is currently 33 quid for 5 kilo of concentrate. You can add what ever flavour you wish.
