It contains creatine and alpha lipoic acid. What is alpha lipoic acid?

Has anyone used it? Is it better than ur average protein powder+creatine? It costs about £40 for a tub of about 2Kg, is it worth the money?

its a rip off mate imo just find a cheap protein and add some creatine monohydrate which u can pick up dirt cheap, have the creatine with grape juice.job done

imo i looks quite good value compared to what i am having now, so i am thinking of trying out this cell tech stuff, also cos it 'claims' to be really good and someone at the gym has said its really good.

well, atm, i am having Whey Gourmet 907gram tub = £30 approx
this cell tech stuff 2Kg tub = £40 approx

anyway, i just want ur opinions guys.

cell tech wont make u fat... bad diet will make u fat..

but Muscletech supplements are just overhyped overpriced products. you could get the same results and same type of supplements for 1/3rd of the price....

now unless u think that the guys u c in magazines advertized under Muscletechs 10 page ads got there with cell-tech and nitro-tech then just say "NO" to muscletech

Hey mate go to www.tmof.com. They do 1kg for £20 or if there offer is still on 2kg for £25.

Personaly i dont buy into all this expensive supps bullsh1t that gets branded about. People will push things and say they are good when they have a vested interest. I go to 2-3 gym regular and they all stock different makes of supps which of course they all say are the best and slag the other stuff off. Its a business after all.

Persoanly i just use the cheapest stuff i can get which is currently www.wheyconsortium.co.uk who are doing 5kg of wpc for £30. I could use the named stuff and pay about £30 for 900+grams but is it realy 5 times better and is it realy going to yeild 5 times the gains if the cheaper stuff. I just find the exoensive stuff tastes a bit better thats all.

i've just had a look at the ingredients and this cell tech stuff isnt whey protein so its not a substitute for whey protein, so what is it?

Cell Tech made my throat burn a bit after drinking it, but I liked it. I'll be using it at the end of my next cycle for PCT. You don't need to mix Cell Tech with Grape Juice, you just add water. Alot of people don't like it I noticed, Why?

Cell tech is creatine and dextrose and ala which is why it burns! Buy the creatine and dextrose seperatly and mix together when needed then voila the same basics as cell tech at a fraction of the cost. myprotein do a celltech repalcement cheaply id go for that if mixing different things aint for you

75grams of Dextrose (Sugar), some ALA, and creatine and there you have Cell Tech. Besides the price and a little too much sugar, it's a good product.
