Milk Thistle how much?
I have always used Milk Thistle during cycle, what dose do you guys take?
My caps are 250mg and I take 2 a day as recomended.

anything between 500mg - 1000mg ED, depends on who you ask


Does it help? hmmm debatable, I get the same liver values when tested, irrelevant if I'm using it or not, so personally I just don't bother anymore.

i use it for 3 weeks post cycle to aid in recovery(liver values not test boost), dunno if it works....they do give me stomuch pains sometimes

INteresting your Liver values didn't change, was your cycle the same on both occasions with/without Milk Thistle?

I am getting my MT from Holland & Barret who have them in a half price sale atm, so I will stick with them this time but if your values weren't any different I wonder if I am wasting my time too?
