Is there any point in taking ZMA on cycle? Test level are already 10x normal so there is no need possibly and it could be a waste? Any advise? SD

But those by itself are really cheap. I take zinc, magnesium (alcohol depletes this), and potassium. The last 2 play a role in constriction of muscles so if you are deficcient in these minerals you wont do as well in the gym. Save the ZMA for post cycle and take your minerals during. Plus minerals help raise the bodys ph and this is a good thing.
