    | My Supps A pickie of my supps My camera batteries are dead so I took a pick with the web cam. I spend too much money on supps:(

| Lorian, the Soy was on sale for almost free. The shopping center was going out of business and I bought like 10 of those for the price of 1. When I run out of whey I will use that or I just take those to work for an emergancy. I could have left it out or put all 10 in there and looked really stupid  As far as what works or not. I dont take all the stuff. I keep telling myself that Im not going to buy any more stuff and then POW I find myself browsing down the supp isle then I end up with something in my hand. Honistly most supps dont work but I use stuff like the fish oils and red rice yeast for lowering cholesterol. I use potassium and magnesium for electrolite ballance. Some supps are for diruetics, some for natural estrogen blocking and a gang of mineral supps, bee pollin, intestinal cleansers, detoxifiers, antioxidants. I actually have more stuff than that but I wanted shib to see some of my stuff. I will take a good pick with a good camera and show some of the labels. Also anyone thinking of taking supps should consider a good diet first and foremost. If you are going to add supplements then dont do it all in one day. gradually work up to it, if you took the handfull of stuff I take everyday for the first time it might not set well with your stomach.

| Hey tricky, that was funny. If you lived any closer, I would give you some supps just to free up some kitchen space. Thanks for the resize lorian, it made the pic look better too. Hey Lorian, you have a really clean kitchen, I know you are single and you will make a good husband being a clean freak like that.

| Notice the fly swatter in the upper right hand corner. That didnt get put there cuz I dont have flies If you had a clear pick you would see a dirty counter. If you look close you can see it. Ill get righ on that before I snap the next pick.

| Well, got the batteries for my camera and took some picks. The camera was dead so don’t pay attention to the date, it was today. There is one thing that does not belong there. See if you can see it.
