as in low bodyfat percentage,
no other reason.

you train your abs for function as in strength and posture, not looks, if anything they thicken, which isn't the goal.

6 pack is only visable with low BF doesnt matter how hard u work em..with 25% BF u aint gonna see em.....

u may not have a six pack genetically.....

some have 8 some have 4

age has no factor mate up2 a point...if ur between 15 and 50 ripped abs are very possible

Skin ain't saggy, body is in better shape than most of the younger 'hard cores' at my gym.

As for 'old timer' - don't look, act or feel like one!

right i need help... i wana get rid of me man boobs! im training but nothing seems to tone the boobs.. i think iv got a layer of fat there but cant get rid..... any1 know the best way?!
