help with supps

Hi all ,I'm 30 12 stone not been lifting long is there any supps that boost muscle growth without the chance of bollck shrinkage and bitch tits?
Are steroids test boosting so shut down the bodys own supply?
1ad and 4ad say they don't convert to eostregen so does this mean no bitch tits or PCT needed?also eostregen blockers or anti aromazation supps will the help with stopping natural test levels not just pct?
any advice would be cool
jas

LEAVE THE GEAR FOR NOW for every plus there is normally a minus mate. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH. if you havent been training long try experimenting with
  • your diet
  • training frequency
  • type of training
  • proven supplements with no sides(glutamine, creatine etc)
  • mixing up your workouts to shock your body
look at your body like a racing car, and split into individual requirements. a racing car (your body) needs few things to run. but to run to its OPTIMUM capacity it needs ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
  • food(fuel)-without this the racing car will not run, will not complete the race(your workout) and if the fuel is of poor quality it will show in the performance. that is why they use the best fuel. you should do the same. your food should be calorie dense, high in protein and should contain a mix of complex and simple carbs plus some essential fats. look at fats like an engine oil that keeps things ticking over.
  • preperation-engineers do not turn up to a track and race. and they do not copy the other teams. they practise, they plan and they find what works for them. plan your workouts and find what works for you. dont do it because everybody is doing it because you are not everybody. you are tuning a very sophisticated piece of equipment.
  • repairs(sleep)-a car with scrubbed tyres will race but it wont be fast. get enough sleep and do not train when injured or ill. you grow outside the gym. look at this as your routine service
  • upping the lap time-racing cars get faster by constantly pushing the boundaries of what is deemed possible. your goals should be achievable and measurable but they should also be high enough to constantly push you further to improve your strength/physique. DO NOT GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS IT IS COUNTER PRODUCTIVE. get all these right mate and you will grow. promise.
